National Girls Collaborative Project: Closing the Gender Gap in STEM Fields

ngcp

With the job market for technological jobs rising higher than there are people to fill the positions, women need to get involved and make up the gap; but how? Attend the National Girls Collaborative Project meeting and find out – September 20th, 1:30-3:30 at MiSci. Here, women collaborate across the board to share their resources and create a gender balance in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. The goal is to maximize access and share resources thus strengthening the capacity for girl-serving STEM programs. Only by coming together as a whole can we tip the gender balance and equalize these major and important job fields of the future, as well as now.
