Looking for 1 more credit in the fall? How about one of the INF 523 modules?

Unix & Networking:
This course is designed to introduce students to the UNIX operating system and the UNIX model of networking. Topics include file management, command structures, batch files, interprocess communication (IPC), and TCP/IP sockets. Course content will be taught in a hands-on setting in a computer-equipped classroom.

Open to graduate students and seniors. INF 523, class #8881, meets Thursdays only 3-5 pm, 8Week1.

Programming:
Called a “hipster programming language”, R is an open source programming language and software environment for statistical computing and graphics.

Web Technologies:
This course is designed to introduce students to the fundamental technologies of website development, design and programming. Course content will include HTML, CSS and client-side programming using JavaScript. Course content will be taught in a hands-on setting in a computer-equipped classroom.

Class 9440, 8W2, Tues 3-5 pm in Husted 0004
